- Orders for physical products (like printed notes, gifts, and devotional items) are usually processed within 1β2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification containing the tracking details.

- Digital products (eBooks, study notes, Sanatan Dharma materials, etc.) are delivered instantly via:
- A download link on the order confirmation page, and/or
- A download link sent to your registered email.
- Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above βΉ499 within India.
- A nominal charge may apply to small orders or special packaging requests.
- International shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

- All items are securely packed with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Fragile and devotional items are double-layer protected.

- You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your email/WhatsApp message.
- If your tracking status doesnβt update for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team.
π 7. Non-Delivery & Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing payment.
- In case of incorrect or incomplete address, the order might return to us. Reshipping will incur additional delivery charges.
- If you fail to receive the product due to an incorrect address, we wonβt be responsible for refunding the shipping amount.
