Because all our digital files (notes, eBooks, devotional collections, etc.) are instantly downloadable, no refunds or cancellations are allowed after purchase.

2️⃣ Physical Products

• You may request a replacement if an item arrives damaged or defective.
• Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3️⃣ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped or downloaded, cancellation isn’t possible.
